Recently I was in the mood to build stuff in space theme. Professionally speaking it's called Neo-Classic Space ;) It means that MOC is referring to the series of LEGO sets from the 80s but with the usage of newer bricks and more modern design.

The spacebase I built is the 2nd of the 3 classic space MOCs I built recently. The previous one was cargo transporter and soon I will publish flying vessel.

As for the base itself there are researches going on there. Scientists are working on cultivation of trees providing edible fruits. These plants do not need sun and have separated roots that take up nutrients from the special compartment.
