About us

Kalais BrickShop is a family-owned online store with LEGO bricks. It is run by AFOLs (Adult Fans Of LEGO). We build a lot ourselves so we know how to handle the bricks.

We only sell new and original LEGO bricks and high-quality supplementary products such as weapons for minifigures.

Everything is kept in a warm and dry place. No cigarettes or pets here.

Individual bricks are packed in zip-lock bags and bubble envelopes or cardboard boxes depending on the size of the order. We always try to pack the sets in a way that the box will not be damaged during transport.

Orders are shipped within 1 business day of the payment being received.

We issue VAT invoices for companies on request.

Some of the products in the store come from ours or our friends private collections. They are labeled "New product. From private collection." and we do not issue VAT invoices for them. They are treated as "private sales".

Personal collection address

Our store is just an online store. We do not run a stationary store, but we offer the possibility of personal collection at Warsaw, Poland.

The dates for pickup are set individually and only after the confirmation that the order is ready for collection.

There is no possibility of payment on the spot or additional purchases. It is only a pickup point. No store or warehouse there.
