FAQ - Answers to frequently asked questions

1. Who we are?
   Kalais BrickShop is a family-owned online store with LEGO bricks. We are AFOLs (Adult Fans Of LEGO). We love to build and share our passion :) Visit our blog and follow us at facebook!



2. Can I combine an order on a bricklink with an order from the shop and pay only for one shipment?
   Yes you can. Please write at order notes field (in both orders - on the bricklink and in the online shop) that it will be a combined order. Please also write in the second order number of first order so we know which orders you want to combine. Note: both orders are paid separately, a bill will be issued on a bricklink and in the online store.



3. What are the payment methods in the store?
   For international buyers we have 2 main payment methods. PayPal and standard bank transfer. In both methods you can pay in 4 currencies - Polish Zloty, Polish Zloty, USD, Euro and GBP. For PayPal in USD, Euro and GBP is +4% fee of total order. PayPal in Polish Zloty is +2% of total order. We do not take any fee for Bank transfers but your bank may. Any bank fee, if any, is on your side. SEPA in Euro should be free in all EU countries.



4. To which countries we ship orders?
   Currently only to European Union countries. In 2018 we plan to expand our services for more countries.



5. What is the time to process the order?
   Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day of receiving the payment. Maximum within 2 business days. Shipping time depends on the chosen method of delivery.



6. Delivery options - Personal collection<
   Are you visiting Poland and don't want to pay for the shipment? No problem :) You can choose Personal collection option. We are based in Warsaw, Poland. More details you will find at contact section.



7. Delivery options - Standard registered package
   Standard registered letters and packages by Polish Mail (Poczta Polska), online tracking, around 7 working days.



8. Delivery options - Global expres
   GLOBAL Expres - small/medium packages up to 2 KG weight, online tracking, around 5-7 days for EU countries:



9. Condition - New product
   Brand new product, factory packed, never opened. MINT condition.



10. Condition - New product. Packed in zip-lock bag.
    Brand new product, never used. Usually it was repacked from a larger, collective packaging.



11. Condition - New product. Wrapping cutted for identification purposes.
    Brand new product with open packaging. Complete. Content was never used. It has been opened only for the identification of content.



12. Condition - New product. Damaged box.
    Brand new product, factory packed, never opened. Damaged box/packaging - usually during transport. More detailed pictures are always at the description.



13. Condition - New product. No box. Bricks in the orginal foil packs.
    Brand new product, never used. The bricks are in the original foils. Most often it is part of a larger set and that's why there is no box.
